Counselling is both an art and a science…
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) serving the Denver metro area. I draw from a deep well of 12+ years of experience in the healthcare profession. I’ve worked as an advocate, therapist, activist, and wellness consultant with people from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of issues and circumstances, including anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulties, career transition, community exclusion and marginalization, unemployment, PTSD, depression, homelessness, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and more.
In my work I bring a rich, contextual wisdom that speaks to both the scientific and behavioral dynamics of every individual.
My therapy background and education includes:
- Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University
- Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Walden University
- Bachelor of Human Behavior and the Arts from the University of New Mexico
- Specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation
